WOW! I went on holiday and I really went on holiday. My plan was to be healthy, walk and workout. I didn't go to the gym once.
I didn't eat healthy at all.
I drank margaritas like they were going out of style. Sugar. Sugar. Sugar. (not the puppy...the poison)
The good news is that I got back on the scale as soon as I got home knowing that I had gained about 10 pounds. But the sooner I got back on, the sooner I would feel better, look better and my health would improve.
So, imagine my surprise when I had LOST ONE POUND! I couldn't believe it. I actually thought it must be the dehydration from flying. But it seems to have stuck. So I have started AGAIN with a 251.0.
The thing I am most pleased about is that I have still kept off that original 20 pounds from fat camp.
I want to make this a very successful year. I have found a salad I really like for lunch and I am back to a bit of exercise and natural activity.
