The half marathon is 21 km. So, I need to be able to run 11 km if I do the half as run one, walk one.
I was able to run for one km straight this weekend.
I also did run one song, walk one song around the tan.
So my plan is based on running to songs. :)
June - 2 -3 times/week. Run 1 song, walk 1 song.
July - 2-3 times/week. Run 1.5 songs, walk 1.5 song.
Aug - 2-3 times/week. Run 2 songs, walk 2 songs.
Sept - 2-3 times/week. Run 3 songs, walk 3 songs. (This should be close to km.)
Oct - 2-3 times/week. Run 4 songs, walk 3 songs.
My next goal is to get my Fitbit working so that I can do a bit of tracking.
