Monday Motivation

I had a great weekend of activity.  One of those things was my 30 minute triathalon.  I did 10 minutes biking, 10 minutes running and 10 minutes swimming.  Yes, I did 10 minutes straight running with no stopping.  Actually, I went a little over so that I could get a full km in.  Now, I just need to do 10 more!
