The reason people can't get through the 30 day challenges is that they get so difficult so quickly!!!! The first few days are always do-able. But it quickly becomes undoable.
So, this is how I got through the month. After the first two weeks I could not physically do the challenge, so I just started over. Staying consistent was much more important. Secondly, if I missed a day, that was fine. I just had to do both workouts the next day.
With that plan, I was able to finish the Little Yellow Dress Challenge! I don't know that I look any better but I honestly do feel better.
My new idea is to keep going but one day goes for one week. Once I get the schedule done, I will post but it will look something like this:
Day 1, 5, 9, 13, 17 -
30 second planks
10 press ups
10 mountain climbers
Day 2, 6, 10, 14, 18 -
20 jumping jacks
10 burpees
10 knee highs
Day 3, 7, 11, 15, 19 -
20 squats
20 lunges
20 bridges
Day 4, 8, 12, 16, 20 - Day off
Day 21 - next level
