Sunday Weigh In

Well...it is good news and I am happy.  I lost 1.8 pounds from last week.  But...I am still losing the weight I put on. I want to be back in the 230s. Today's goal is to plan, plan, plan and DO!
Plan my exercise.
Plan my diet.
Eat healthy.
Workout.
That is all I have to do the whole day.
