Instead, I took the dog for a walk. (kept moving)
Came home and made my smoothie. (instead of going out for brekkie)
Went for a 5km walk. (good training)
Did a very short strength course at the gym (yea)
I'm really pleased with my walk. I listened to This American Life podcast which had me crying in the park. I find when I listen to podcasts I can relax into the walk. I absolutely got my heart rate up. It is a stunning Saturday, partly sunny, about 75* and completely relaxing. I'm really glad I got out of the house for my workout.
The park had a million games of cricket going on. And even a game of quidditch which took me a few minutes to recognize.
But I am still mad at myself for not going to zumba?
Maybe I'll burn nervous calories watching the Badgers this afternoon!
