I just love warm weather and this has been the nicest summer since I have lived in Australia. It has just been beautiful. So not a lot of excuses for not being healthy and good to my body. The weather has been wonderful for working out. Every night I can come home and throw some protein and veg on the grill.
Coming into autumn and it is 89* today and not a cloud in the sky.
I have breakfast outdoors at a cafe and then Sugar and I went for a walk around the Tan. I am SO SORE from three days of strength training with my trainer, so I did walk counter clockwise today.
Counter clockwise is the EASY walk because you are walking DOWN Andersen hill instead of UP it. And let me tell you, it was so much easier going down. It looks just like a normal walk going down!
Maybe I need to move to Brisbane for winter?
Or Miami?
