I keep forgetting to weigh in because the scale was in Paula's room. So I moved it this morning and now I am back to daily weigh ins. So, 248.5 but I ALWAYS weigh more in the USA so that does not bother me at all.

So....this happened
I hit 200 days in a row on MFP. That is awesome but tracking that I had pear tart and malteasrers last night isn't tracking to stay healthy! But I am super proud to be consistent. I'll take the win. :)

Monday Motivation

2 - 30 minutes weights with personal trainer
3 - 20 minutes hill walking on treadmill

One low key Eminem song does not constitute hip hop.
I am really proud of myself for trying ANOTHER new class. And, I did hold out that this one could be really great. It is called Hip Hop Yoga. Yoga is low impact, great for your core and I have been enjoying the Bikram so....if this was to hip/hop/rap...it's going to be GREAT!!!!
It started off well. Arriving at the yoga studio was a large painting of Notorious BIG. That is AWSOME!
But it looked an awful lot like a normal yoga studio. My trainer, Anita met me there which was great because it was a hard class. A hard YOGA class with a lot of low key R&B!!! I love R&B. But, if I am told it is a hip hop yoga class, I am expecting Kanye, ASAP, or I would LOVE LOVE LOVE old school - Public Enemy, Dr Dre, Snoop. Or I would have died and gone to heaven if it had been Run DMC, Slick Rick, Beastie Boys. It was R&B!!! There was one light Eminem song and the rest was Drake, etc.
And the class was hard.
But I did try a new class on a Saturday morning.
Yea me!!!!!

I've instituted a new rule at work. Sometime between 3-5:00 when things are getting a little long, I have started playing one song from my workout playlist to get everyone going. 5 minutes brings a smile like this to everyone! :)

Glass of CRISTAL!!!!
I don't even know what I ate - how do you track "oyster with rhubarb snow"???????
Does a palate cleanser count as calories?
The main was two pieces of steak. 2 bites of wagyu.
I'm at a loss....

The Tan isn't all good
I do meet my friends for breakfast after my Tan run/walk. Yes, I know in some ways it defeats the purpose but making it social also gives purpose. I am usually good when I go but we do go to a french restaurant and while I am ordering an omelette, no cheese or poached eggs, this is what is at the bar staring at me!!!!!! French pastries!!!!! Give me strength!!!!
