Sabotage!!!!!

Breakfast - 1/3 cup oats, 1 cup oatmeal, 1/2 pear  PERFECT
Lunch - 2 slices Helgas wholemeal, 4 slices ham, cucumbers, carrots, 10 grapes  PERFECT
Gym - 30 minutes treadmill, 30 minutes weights PERFECT


Dinner - take clients to Vue du Monde
8 course degustation
Paired wines
Start with 2 glasses of champagne
Glass of CRISTAL!!!!
I don't even know what I ate - how do you track "oyster with rhubarb snow"???????
Does a palate cleanser count as calories?
The main was two pieces of steak.  2 bites of wagyu.

I'm at a loss....
