my weight workout

The past three weeks I have been remiss in my workouts with Anita. Not only have I been incredibly ill, but I also had a few travel days. And, Anita had finals for school.  And I had the knee gel thing.

It is so hard to build up your muscle with weights but after only three short weeks, I was almost back to the beginning. This was a hard week but I got all three sessions in and I am very sore.

My goal was to get a boy pushup by June.
I know it isn't going to happen but just need to keep going to the gym.
