I'm not sure if I need a nutritionist or to just hire someone to slap food out of my hands?
Do I need a dietician or someone to follow me around with only healthy options?
My yo-yoing continues and it is annoying!
My personal trainer has helped so much with my strength training and gym going. So I am thinking I do need someone to help on the food side since this is where I am struggling. But they can't eat for you!
Maybe I need to work out even more so I don't have time to shove food in my face!!!!
Get to the gym and burn calories. If you eat something you regret, make a deal with yourself that you will burn some or all of the calories with exercise When you are at the gym or otherwise being active, go as hard as you can as often as you can.
ReplyDeleteThere was an article in this month Runners World discussing calorie burn and positive effects (at least of burning calories and improved muscle strength) of pushing yourself to go faster. Going faster than normal results in burning more cals and getting stronger.
I feel for you, girlie. Did you see a program on SBS a few weeks ago called 'In defence of food'? Unfortunately it's not on SBS On Demand anymore. It was inspiring in its down-to-earth, practical, sensible advice. What it boiled down to was this: Eat food, not too much, mostly plants. By 'food', the presenter meant real food, not manufactured stuff. It was brilliant.
