oh yoda....you are so wise

Just sitting around and watching ESB. Yoda just said the famous, "Do or do not. There is no try."

I know I must start doing and stop messing about. Every day is a new start to do good to myself.

    What about today??!! As inspiration, Paula and I just ran a race in the cold/rain this morning, and our friends who were signed up and were going to ride into Chicago decided to skip it.
