New strategy
Since I am having such a hard time keeping it together, I am going to try and do 20 minutes of exercise before work and 20 after. 20 minute chunks of time just seem so much easier than long bits.
I did it today and it worked well.
I have scheduled it for tomorrow so we will see how it goes.

Motivation Monday
I may have used this one a long time ago but I feel it is so relevant right now. Weight loss seems impossible but it isn't. It is possible and I know how to do it.

Sunday Weigh In

I am 20 pounds heavier than I was last year!!!! And I have gained 10 of those pounds in the last three weeks.
My weight gain is not calories in, calories out. It is exponentially greater at the moment.
