When I am struggling to get my exercise in, the best way to get it going is to plan time with my friends so for the long weekend, I have scheduled:
Saturday - run the Tan with my running group
Sunday - do the Tan hills with Tim & Penny
Monday - run the Tan with Steve
Now, I know I'll hit my exercise goals for the weekend. I am so much more positive when I do this. So, why don't I do it all the time?
I need to get into some weekly routines and classes. It is a great way to catch up with people and also ensure I get my gym time done. Ian has invited me to 6am Tan run on Friday mornings but that seems extreme. :) Because the other thing I have been reading is the importance of sleep in weight loss. This should be the EASIEST thing to do and I still struggle.
