It has been almost two weeks since I have done any exercise. (I am not counting Tuesday night tennis. Since I lost 6-2, 6-1, it wasn't much running!!!) :)
I am still stuffy head and nose. I am giving myself the day off tomorrow, but Saturday is a run and Sunday is a workout.
My diet has been varied. Sometime I craved comfort food and sometimes I wasn't hungry. Being sick just really throws you for a loop.
