I weighed in before and after exercise this morning. I'll take the AFTER number. :)
I exercised.
I wee-ed.
I blew my nose - anything I could do to weigh less on the scale.
I weighed in at 232.2 so I lost 1.6pounds this week.
I get flowers! YEA!!!
I want February to be AWESOME!
I can do it!
