One more day left at this interesting place. :) I am a little bit nervous about tomorrow's weigh in. I came here to kick start so that is the important thing. I know when I get back I can do this and keep it up. I already have lots of dates with my friends to do exercise and eat well. But that doesn't stop me from wanting 10 pounds of fat off of my body. How great would that be? It is in my head and I can't get it out.

8:00 Fitness Assessment (this is a 90 minute full on cardio)

12:30 Planning Strategies lecture
1:45 Burn It Cardio class
3:00 Become Your Own PT lecture
4:15 Zumba
6:00 Dinner
6:31 In a cab!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
