I went for a small yesterday and my leg is still right. I limped through my run. I got home and I think I have achilles tendonitis to go along with my perenial tendonitis. I was talking to my sister. Both her and her husband started running the same time I did and neither one has ever been injured. Whereas I go from injury to injury.
I have decided to give up running which is freaking me out. I know it was a key contributor to my weight loss success.
That also means I need to get up and get to the gym every morning to make up for the lack of running time.
I think swimming is where you should head. You seem to hate cycling, and (for now) running seems to be taking too much of a toll on your body, so time to get your swimming on. Lucky the gym has a pool.
