My sister and I had a bet several years ago. And the loser had to wear a cheese bra (instead of a cheesehead) to the Packer's home opener. I remember I was so worried I would lose the bet because I knew I wouldn't fit into it.
Luckily for me, I won the bet and Paula had to wear the cheese bra.
50 pounds lighter - I know that I can do this.
I know I can lose this weight.

Does it really work this quickly?
WOW!!! I just did the ab workout after having a break and I did it so easily!
Last week, I followed the plan and then had to stop as I literally could not sleep through the night as the pain in my abs kept waking me up. I decided to give my abs a few days rest and start again today.
Last week I had to do the 15 situps in 3 set increments. Tonight I just whizzed through them. Can it really work that quickly? I am still going to just to day 1 all this week. But, I am back in it to win it. YES!

Do you think like this or is it just me?
At 3:30 this arvo, I was really hungry. So, I decided to make a healthy, low GI choice and get a yogurt and a tea. The whole time I am ordering the yogurt, I am thinking the following:

- this is why I can't lose weight

OUCH!!!!!
Is anyone else doing this June ab workout besides Penny, Toni and Tim? I made it through day one and two but my poor tummy just would not sit up for me tonight.
I really, really tried. I am in so much pain I could not do two situps or one leg lift. So...I am skipping today and I will switch it to tomorrow which is suppose to be the off day. I HAVE NO ABS!!!

June abs
I just finished my abs for the day and I think I am going to be sick. I can't even think about tomorrow. I can't wait until the rest day! I should get added bonus points becuase as soon as I got down to do my situps, Sugar hopped on my tummy with kisses to help me along.
