September 1 and I am already freaking out!

I weighed myself an hour ago and I already want to go and weigh myself again.
What if I put on weight because I am not monitoring daily?
What if I slack off?


I need to remember that by following my program and being good to my body, I do not need to constantly weigh in. Also, if the doctors say I can start exercising in a week or so, I will feel so much better.
