I'm over my plateau!

And the change I made was to give up coffee! My flat white could have up to 100 calories each coffee.  I was having between 3-6 coffees a day.
3 coffees
100 calories each
2100 calories a week is over 1/2 pound!
Every week!

I just switched to peppermint tea and I am off of the plateau!
