The Challenge

 You are invited over to a friends house for dinner and you want to go, but you are counting calories. What do you do? Give them a 500 calorie challenge!
Dinner with the boys tonight and Jim made a wonderful salmon with corn salsa and veggies.  Fruit and Chobani for dessert. YUM!
