I read this today -
REVOLUTIONARY THOUGHT: Would you believe me if I were to tell you that there WILL come a time when you won't miss the sugary, fatty, salty things you once thought you couldn't do without, or that leaving the sleep in to get up and exercise occasionally, will be not a chore, but something you just DO?
It's just not true! Almost two years without McDonalds and I would have it for breakfast, lunch and dinner tomorrow if I could! I would have fatty, salty Mexican with margaritas. I would have dessert anytime I wanted...this idea of six weeks to break a habit is garbage.
