Another goal accomplished!

Today I tried a bikram yoga class which was one of my goals for 2013. Bikram in the hot yoga class. It is the same exact class everywhere. It runs for 90 minutes and has the same series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises.  It is done in a room which is 105* [40.6] with a humidity of 40%.

It was really hard but I liked it. I did have to stop many times, but so did most people so it was no big deal.
1 - It was a great stretch after having run in the morning.
2 - Usually yoga hurts my feet, but since these poses are so quick, I felt fine during and after.
3 - I am going to wear my heart monitor next time. My heart was going like crazy! I couldn't believe that stretching was having that type of effect on my me.
