My first morning at Anna Marie's gym and I started with a class called Piloxing (pilates, boxing, cardio), next was zumba and then I tried spinning again. I tried so hard to have an open mind about spinning but my bum was hurting before the class even started! How do you spinners do it? I just don't get it. Then I had an hour with Anna Marie doing weights for my shoulders and arms. Boy, am I sore. But I know I need a better weight routine so I was happy to do it and she is a great instructor.

ReplyDeleteI hope somebody gets you to the supper table and spoon feeds you.....not being able to walk or raise arms could affect your ability to do this yourself. :-)
