My PW

Today was the Rock and Roll Half Marathon and Mini Marathon.  The mini was a 5k.  So, Paula and Todd ran the half and I ran the mini.

I could blog about this for days!  (and I probably will)



I don't know if it was because I had to get up at 4:45 this morning or that I hadn't run in a week or was just too excited with the day.  But...I ran a PW (a personal worst) for my 5ks.  It was a hard race for me but I will get back on it.

    Yay! Well done! Who cares about the time - you ran 5 kms! Who'd have thought, a year ago? Congrats to Paula and Todd too.
