Scab vs the World

Firstly, Tim did rise to the challenge and he did post some kms so he is still in the comp unlike Kelly and Nick.

I have changed it to Super Scab vs EVERYONE else.  Scab, you are up for this, right?  It's not mean?  We just need to make this competition a competition.  If you want, I can make it Team Marcol vs Everyone.  Let me know.

I struggled after about one km this morning and had to walk.

    I am fighting through injuries!! We had our first run in the heat (80s F today) and it was a killer. If I slow up, maybe we need to have Oak Park Ave vs Everyone :)
