Yesterday was tough as I had TWO dance classes that went well past my bedtime. My dodgy hip seems to be back and my knee cracked. So...I skipped my hour of exercise today! It may have also subconsciously been that I don't want to do my next run which is the 20min straight.
It is true confessions time!
My body needs the rest and I can feel it so I know I will be back on it tomorrow but I can't believe I only lasted one week.
Tomorrow I am back on strong. February is still fabulous. FABULOUS!
