"Bacon tastes good. Pork chops taste good."

I received a lovely gift from Kelly today - new plates.  Well... the idea of them is lovely but the practically makes me think that my friend wants me to starve to death.

The plates are called Slimware.  And the idea is that they are decorative with three circles in them.  These circles are your portion control at meals and you are only allowed to eat what is in the circles.

Do you have any idea how small these flowers are?  How little food is allowed?
It is so small.  Tiny.

It is fabulous February so we'll give them a go.
But they are so small!
