"Do, or do not. There is no 'try'."

Fabulous February is absolutely fabulous!
I am back on track and just... on it.

I lost 2.2 lbs/1kg my first week.  I guess my math was pretty good.  My total is 38.08lbs/17.3kgs.
I am now officially ahead of my goal which is one pound per week.

3 weeks until the 4k.  My new mantra is "I am a runner, with a runner's body.  I am a runner, with a runner's body."
