I have been asking for more angry rock music to run to when I got two great recs -
1 - AC/DC
why didnt I think of that before? It checks all my boxes.
I know the words.
Fast music.
Angry ro get me pumped up.
2- Sex Pistols
David Milne gave me 1TB of music to add to my ipod and the classic punk rock album of all time - Never Mind the Bollocks was on it. I downloaded it immediately. It doesn't get any angrier! It is going to take me right back to 8th grade.
Of course, I am still not running because of the hip but I want to get back on the elliptical over the next few days.
ps - JR is still alive and living in Los Angeles.
