Is it cheating if I lose weight?

My gym time this week was lacking due to my bursitis in my hip and I had three race days so I knew it wasn't going to be a great weigh-in this week.  In between I did fine, but it is hard to judge the calories of all the nibbles and bits.

And you know that I would FREAK OUT if I gained weight because I am still a slave to the numbers.

So, I skipped my dinner last night in hopes that it would take the edge off on the scale and... it worked!

I weighed in .1kg less than last week which is a quarter of a pound.

Considering my massive weight loss last week, I think this is huge because it means I kept the 5kg/10lbs off.

So I eeeeeeked by with a loss.  This week I am going to track like a banshee!
