Sunday Weigh In

I have had an ALMOST perfect week.
Stayed to my tracking.
Ate small managable breakfast and lunches.
Saved my calories for dinner.
Had two drinks all week.
Exercised 5 times including:
 - 6km run
 - 2km run
 - 20 minutes of interval treading
 - 2 body weight workouts

I gained 2.5 pounds.



I have a call with Heather tomorrow and I really need it.
grrrrrrrr........
