Food choices

Just a few things that I have found lately that are helping me through calorie counting.  I have found the Beyond Burger which is pretty good.  I like veggie burgers so I probably don't need meat-like substitutions but it is a great option.

Occassionally I am also eating the Cadbury covered Oreo in lieu of a carmel Koala.  The koala is about 85 calories.  The cookies are double so I don't do it every night but it is a good alternative for when I have some calorie left.

In general I am trying to keep more calories available at night so I don't end up with a negative at the end of the day.
