I am really trying to keep a Carmel Koala (dessert) and a Carmens Bar (brekkie) in my purse at all times so I don't overeat. My friends are loving that they get dessert at the end of their meals without going crazy. As I travel this week, I need to see if I can:
1 - keep the calories low
2 - exercise at the hotel. (At least once????)
