I feel strong and fat

I am really feeling empowered after running 6km!!!!!!!
I am lucky that we are having the most beautiful spring which makes my running a little bit easier. My ankles didn't hold up but my KNEES DID!!!!!  :)

I should be on top of the world!
But I still am weighing in high.

A small 1km run this week will start to make a difference with my running AND with my weight.  I need to get real and fly straight.  The only way to do this is to get up early.  grrrrr......
