I just want to point out that my run on Sunday was AMAZING in that my kms got consecutively FASTER.
I also was very consistent in my walk/run which I think is good. (I don't know it factually, but it feels good.)
But that faster kms were great because this shouldn't happen. It takes me three songs/12 minutes to do a km. So every other km I walk for 2/3rds so every other km should be slow and then fast but I am hustling each km. GOOD JOB ME!
