Here are just a few notes that have been really interesting to me from the new weight coach.
1 - I am going to prioritise sleep. And I will set goals. I have already started doing this and it has been great.
2 - Don't go to restaurants where I will set myself up for failure. Pick places with good options.
3 - At the restaurant, look at the dessert menu first and decide... champagne OR dessert. NOT BOTH.
4 - Bring a food scale to work and start weighing out my lunches so I can be more accurate.
I get to talk to Heather twice a month and I wish it was more.
