Sunday Weigh In

I had a wedding and two race days this week so I was hoping to maintain, but...what did I do?  Calories haven't been great but I have been noticing how many calories I have been drinking as well!!  What did I just post yesterday?  Stop drinking calories!!!!

Well, I'm up a few pounds this week and it is not surprising.  I very very social week.
What can I do this week?  I think if I can't be great with my water, I should track my beverage intake.  I think it will VERY interesting to see what I am drinking.
