Sunday Weigh In

After a slow week I am happy to report that I am down again!  254.8
Now, this is going to be a hard week.  I have the wedding in Noosa AND the Blue Sapphire races AND the Caulfield Cup.  That is a lot of drinking and eating.



So, what can I do?
20 minutes of walking every day no matter what.
Stick to my gym schedule.
Make better choices than bad.
It would be great if I could MAINTAIN my weight during a rough week.
