working my calories

I'm trying to use my LoseIt app for better planning.  Now, you know I can't go to the movies without a choc top, so I did two things.  One, I saved enough calories for the choc top and two, I also did a big walk around the tan for the extra bit.

I then scanned my top and did not have popcorn.  Just say no to TWO movie treats. :)
