Today's Goal

I'm lying in bed thinking of what I NEED to do to snap back into shape and what I WANT to do.  I absolutely am getting up by....8am for a walk.  And then I will do the 7 minute workout.  I would like to do this workout 5 days/week. (see below)
It is a race day which means drinking and eating so it is important that I get some movement into my day.


Science shows this 7-minute workout causes already lean people to lose over 4 pounds of pure body fat in just 6 weeks, without dieting.
(Combine WITH nutrition changes for even better effects, of course).

7 days a week, do this 7-minute workout.
It consists of the below 12 exercises. Do each exercise for 30 seconds, and then rest for 10 seconds before moving onto the next exercise.
(Note: Instructions for modifying workouts to your level of fitness are in the video).
1. Jumping jack
2. Wall sit
3. Push-up
4. Abdominal crunch
5. Step-up onto chair
6. Squat
7. Triceps dip on chair
8. Plank
9. High knees run in place
10. Lunge
11. Push-up and rotation

12. Side plank
