For the first time EVER in my life, I went to the cafe and CRAVED the kale, green salad with poached egg. It wasn't that it was the healthiest thing on the menu, it was because I reviewed the menu and that is what I wanted to order. More than a cheeseburger. More than fries. And, I'm thinking to myself, "maybe this is it." I finally am a thin person in a bigger body. That lasted two days.
Two short days later, I lay in bed craving Tim Tams and ate 8 or the 11 cookies. Now, this would normally send me spinning but I threw away the last three cookies and DID NOT dig them out of the garbage. So, that has to count for something. Doesn't it?
