I had a GREAT workout this morning and it really lifted my mood for the day. It is noon on Saturday and I have already had so many wins. YEA! I think setting my goals, writing them down and posting them here on the blog really helps keeps things locked in.
WINS TODAY
1 - I missed my exercise time this morning but instead of skipping it, I just rescheduled. YEA me!
2 - During breakfast, Lisa ordered a pastry and I REALLY wanted a french pain au chocolate. But I just had the waitress take my plate away. Done. Considering I was sitting next to the bakery items...very difficult but I did it.
3 - I made it around the Tan with a walk one sone, run one song with absolutely no problems. It was actually an easy go!!!! The only little mini cheat I had was I should have started running half way up the hill and just kept walking. I was still very happy.
4 - kept my training appointment with Anita
GREAT day of goal setting and accomplishments!
