292 days of tracking

I am really proud that I have tracked 292 days in a row on My Fitness Pal.  But....I need to re-evaluate how I am using it.  Today's tracking:

Breakfast - Toast with avocado
Lunch - Steak, empanadas, salad
Dinner - 2 vodka martinis, cheese fries, mini burger

Hmmmmmmmmmm...........
