More stretching, less yoga

I have a long weekend due to the Grand Final football game so I am going to take advantage by having an extra workout day!!!!!!

Tomorrow I am trying Hot Yin and follow it up with a walk around the Tan.

What is Hot Yin?

Hot Yin is a deeply relaxing class of sweet stretches conducted in a toasty warm room. Yin postures increase circulation to the joints to improve flexibility and mobility, and are also designed to improve the flow of qi, the subtle energy said in Chinese medicine to run through the meridian pathways of the body. Improved qi flow harmonises organ health, the immune system, and emotional well-being. Yin is the perfect complement to yang (more energetic) forms of exercise.
I am excited to do something new!
