It is so difficult to build muscle!

I was really proud of myself while on holiday. I went to the gym almost every day possible and every other day I did strength training. I really kept my routine going.

And then....

I come back to Australia and for the next month precede to do nothing!

This week I am back with my training and was doing push ups. I BARELY got 3 out on the low bar. I asked Anita, my trainer, what I was doing before break and she said 10.

Only a few weeks off and you just lose so much strength.
There is no rest for the wicked.
