I went to lunch with a collegue today and we went for yum cha. Since doing this plan, I am pretty good - nothing fried, a few dumplings and I am pretty full. EXCEPT I still can't resist the egg custard bun for dessert. One order has three dumplings. There were many times that I ate all three. I ALWAYS had at least two.
Well...today, I had one. Steve had one. And I actually left one. UNHEARD OF!
So, I took a picture to show everyone how good I am.

I still had one!
But that wasn't the worst of it.
At my next coffee meeting, I had a HUGE ANZAC biscuit. (Americans - this is a sugary oatmeal cookie.) HUGE
Dessert number two in two hours! What was I thinking.
It was so much sugar that I almost vomited at the gym.
Lastly, I came home and had a hot chocolate for dessert.
Seriously?
THIS IS MY WEIGHT MANAGEMENT????
