Stronger, harder, faster

In my effort to really give strength training a go.... here is the latest workout.  I also like reverse toe touches and reverse situps.  Like is a strong word.  I can feel the burn with all of these.

For those of you interested, this can be modified without any weights:

Pushups
Plank
Glute Bridges
Squats
Reverse Toe Touches
Reverse Situps
Situps

 Yo!  Penny and Tim - we will need to add a few of these to our Sunday sprints.
