Speedy is NOT my middle name

1 April and I have FINALLY moved to DAY 2 of the ab challenge. That is correct! I have done three months of DAY 1. I just need to go at my own pace.

Day 1 was:  15 situps, 5 crunches, 5 leg lifts and 10 second plank.
Day 2: 20 situps, 8 crunches, 8 leg lifts, 12 second plank.

I can feel it already. I do think I could push it a little bit harder, but I like going slow.

On a separate note, being the first of the month...I did my measurements. Everyone had been saying how good I was looking and I believed it. The measurements were exactly the same.

Frustrating.....
